Williams Memorial Fund

The Williams Memorial Endowment Fund grants funds for non-medical needs to residents of Brookhaven Nursing Home. The Richard Williams family began The "Ruth Williams Memorial Fund" in 1983 because they were so pleased at the care given by Brookhaven Nursing home to their parents.

In the past MMF has purchased:

• popcorn machine
• Patio Furniture was delivered at Easter time in 2003 and the residents were treated to an outdoor luncheon complete with the Easter Bunny performing a special song. The Williams Family was also in attendance.
• On August 2, 2004 MMF, along with Rose Williams and Ruth Young of the William Memorial Endowment Fund, presented the nursing home with a much needed big screen TV and 80 folding chairs.
